We offer a limited number of vendor seats per category, within each region, ranging from 5–25 spots depending on the category. This keeps search results relevant for users and project owners, and ensures vendors aren’t competing against an oversaturated field.
We also use two region sizes, Metro Market (~2M) and Major Market (~2M+), so seat availability scales with the size and search demand of each market.

Why does Knode cap the quantity of listings per category?
We cap the listings amount to 5-25 per category for a few reasons. First, it provides solid value for our vendors knowing they are not getting lost in a sea of competitors in their region. Second, it provides qualified and vetted results for our seekers. This also allows our team to ensure that each category has offerings per region, providing growth opportunities for various businesses in the green design-build industry.
How big is a region?
We have created two region sizes: Metro Market (~2M) and Major Market (~2M+). This allows listing seat availability to scale appropriately with the size and search demand of each market.
How long are region applications open for? Can I apply now if my region is not open?
2-4 weeks, but they may close early depending on volume. Yes, you can apply early. If you’d like to get ahead of the game in your region, or your offerings are available across a broader region you can definitely join Knode early. This will also allow your profile and listings pages to begin indexing to make that SEO machine happy.
Can I have more than 4 listings?
Of course. Additional listings are available. You can also choose to feature or highlight your listings, bumping you to the top of your categories page results and user search results for a limited time
Can I cancel my subscription? What if I change my mind and want my seats back?
Absolutely, if you find that Knode is not a good fit for your business development, you can cancel at anytime, no questions asked. With an updated application you can return to the platform, however if there is a wait list for your desired category you may not receive your previous seats back.
